Jewish Voice for Peace is a wonderful organization, giving a voice to those who are committed to peace and justice from a morally Jewish perspective, people devoted to equal treatment for all people, regardless of color, gender, or religion. The energy of the event was palpable with so many people excited to devote their energy to ending injustice, making peace, and making the world a better place for everyone. In addition to our Jewish Museum of the Palestinian Experience, other organizations attending and engaging with the audience included, among many others,
Mondoweiss, an internet media site providing News & Opinion About Palestine, Israel & the United States – See more at: http://mondoweiss.net/#sthash.msDJaE3R.dpuf
Museum of the Palestinian People, presenting Palestinian history, culture, and stories to a national and international audience through art, multimedia, personal narratives, and interpretive forms of storytelling.
Open Hillel, promoting pluralism and open discourse on Israel-Palestine in Jewish communities on campus and beyond.
The superheroes of Code Pink, a women-led grassroots organization working to end U.S. wars and militarism, support peace and human rights initiatives, and redirect our tax dollars into healthcare, education, green jobs and other life-affirming programs.
