B’Tselem, the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, is an independent, non-partisan organization in Jerusalem funded solely by donations which documents and publishes research, statistics, testimonies, and reports on Israel’s human rights violations committed in the Occupied Territories. In 2021, B’Tselem published this report which analyzed how the Israeli regime works and concluded that it was an apartheid regime. B’Tselem’s accompanying position paper can be found here.
