Apartheid
Human rights watch

Human Rights Watch (HRW), a well-respected nonprofit organization which investigates and documents abuse happening around the world, released this report in 2021 which evaluates Israel across three categories: crimes against humanity of apartheid and persecution, its illegal intent to maintain domination, its systematic oppression and institutional discrimination against Palestinians and others, and its inhuman acts and abuses against fundamental rights. By examining years of research on Israeli policies and practices towards Palestinians both in Israel and in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, HRW has concluded that the Israeli government is guilty of these crimes, namely of seeking maximal land with minimal Palestinians.
