Lily Greenburg Call is a Jewish American political activist who resigned from her position as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Biden Administration due to the ongoing Israeli attacks on the Gaza strip. Greenberg Call has previously worked for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), and Amnesty International, prior to serving as a field organizer for Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign. Greenberg Call resigned on May 15th, 2024, acknowledging Nakba Day and stating, “I can no longer in good conscience continue to represent this administration amidst President Biden’s disastrous, continued support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza.”
