Makom is a Jewish community grounded in collective liberation, connection to the lands we inhabit, and the deep currents of Jewish tradition. Guided by queer and trans leadership, they embrace an anti-Zionist vision of Judaism rooted in justice and belonging. All Jewish people and their loved ones are invited to help create spaces of ritual and practice, joy and celebration, mutual care, and shared learning.

Makom is based in Durham and Orange Counties of North Carolina.
