The Palestine Remembered archive includes an extensive collection of historical records, images, and videos about Palestinian villages and history. In their collection about the village of Qaqun in the West Bank, several land documents trace the Palestinian people’s population history prior to colonization and Jewish settlement. According to the archival record, this property registry dates from the period of 1300 to 1325 A.D. The scan appears to be of two pages of a larger book or collection of records held by the Ottoman Empire. Similar records and documents for other depopulated and destroyed Palestinian villages can be found on the Palestine Remembered website.
