Marc Maron and Seth Rogan are Jewish American comedians. In a podcast interview, the two share about growing up with myths about Israel, including the lie that Palestinians had not been living on the land that became the Jewish state. While Rogan has publicly supported Israel, Rogan and Maron agree that the idea of Jewish statehood did not make sense, saying: “you don’t keep something you’re trying to preserve all in one place, especially when that place has proven to be… pretty volatile.”
Numerous news outlets covered their comments. Listen to the full conversation between Rogen and Maron here.
