Al Awda, formerly known as the Union of Health Work Committees (UHWC), is an organization dedicated to providing health services to Palestinian communities in the Gaza strip. In the short video below, the organization shares the story of Murad and his family. Murad is a young boy in need of surgery so that he can walk, however due to limited service in Gaza, he has been on a long waitlist. See more of his story on the associations YouTube.
