Palestinians subjected to war crimes by the United Kingdom have presented a 300-page dossier of evidence, asking for a formal acknowledgement of and apology for the abuses committed by British forces during their rule from 1917 to 1948. The BBC has reviewed the dossier and found details of “arbitrary killings, torture, the use of human shields and the introduction of home demolitions as collective punishment.”
